Flowers & Wedding CoordinationBob Sendall of All in Good Taste Productions (412/321-6869; allingoodtasteproductions.com) is an old friend of Burton's. ReceptionSara and Burton celebrated their marriage with 330 guests in the grand ballroom of the Omni William Penn Hotel. The menu kept kosher for observant Morris and Firestone family members. Burton created a logo for the wedding in his signature artistic style that was carried through the event, from the invitations to the ketubah (Jewish marriage contract) to the reception. Even the favors were chocolate from Toffee Taboo with Morris' logo imprinted on the label. CakeFenoglietto's (2549 Penn Ave., Strip District; 412/690-5150, ultimateweddingcakes.com) made a vanilla/chocolate-swirl kosher cake, which also incorporated the logo designed by Burton. MusicA three-piece klezmer band represented by Steven Vance (724/444-8400, stevenvance.com) serenaded during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and Maureen Budway and In the Mood later entertained the guests during a lively, lovely night of dancing and celebration. |
