Noe Inui, violin
First Prize winner in the 2009 Young Concert Artists Auditions, the Belgian-born Inui is a protege of Ulf Hoelscher and has performed with Martha Argerich. He'll perform works by Mozart, Brahms, Stravinsky and Szymanowski with pianist Noreen Cassidy-Polera.

Drue Heinz Lectures: Elizabeth Alexander
Elizabeth Alexander’s very public poem, "Praise Song for the Day," written for the Obama inauguration, put poetry in the media spotlight. Dr. Alexander is chair of African American Studies at Yale University. A finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, Alexander is a poet, essayist, playwright, and teacher raised in Washington, DC.
