Join Dave & Dave live and in person at the mighty Penn Brewery as we step behind the bar for a few hours of fun called "Bark N' Brew!" Your generous tips not only tell us what great bartenders we are, but the proceeds go directly to Animal Friends to help all of the wonderful dogs and cats that need homes. Helping out a great charity organization while enjoying the best beers in town! A win, win. We look forward to seeing you there!
Just across the state line in a place called Rogers, Ohio lives the tri-state area's largest family-owned flea market and auction. The acres of goods are up for consumption every Friday. Dave & Dave made the trip and soaked up as much local flavor as a half-hour show would allow.
Sometimes a pharmacy is just a pharmacy... but then maybe you haven't been to Adzema's! Since 1959, the best-kept secret where McCandless meets Ross Twp. has been filling prescriptions and filling up hungry customers at their legendary lunch counter. Think homemade diner food inside the friendliest neighborhood drug store ever. You may wonder if you're in North Hills... or in Mayberry!
The development in Pittsburgh's East Liberty and Shadyside neighborhoods known as "Eastside," has not only given shoppers and residents many new choices, but the revitalization effort has brought back a historic restaurant. Thanks to new owners who are honoring the past, the Station Street Hot Dog & Sandwich Shop is once again serving tasty wieners that reflect the tradition of this once grand eatery.
Part of Pittsburgh's 250th celebration involves restoring cool things that honor the past. We'll take you to a Butler County circus unlike any other! The Jay Bee Circus is a miniature model circus that's decades in the making by 90+ WWII veteran, Jimmy Bashline. Soon this hand-made treasure will be on display at the Butler County Heritage Center, but Dave & Dave will have a sneak peek!
With Bucco season now past the All-Star break at PNC Park you may be asking what's new? The pierogies still race, the fireworks still fly and the bobbleheads still bobble... but this year there's a special section of seats that entitle you to an all-you-can-eat game! What are they serving and how much are Pirates' fans eating? Dave & Dave get to the bottom of this baseball feast and try to eat their money’s worth!
This show features three Pittsburgh Landmarks and hundreds of Allegheny County landmines. First, the Daves relax at the only remaining Drive-in Theater left in Allegheny County – the Dependable Drive-In. Then it's off to the Triangle Bar & Grille - home of the 27" "Battleship" hoagie. After that, it's a sudsy look inside the Sharp Edge Beer Emporium. And finally, Dave and Dave meet a man who deals with landmines on a daily basis. He's a dog's best friend, the Doodle Scooper!
The Daves journey to the North Side of Pittsburgh and experience the bright and loud Laser shows at the Carnegie Science Center. LASER FLOYD! Then it's we get up close and personal with the birds of the world at the National Aviary. We also peek behind the scenes of Cirque Du Soleil's traveling show "Varekai." And finally, something that has nothing to do with the North Side at all - a visit to the "Up-Side Down Mountain" at West Virginia's Snowshoe Ski Resort.
Finally, a "Dave and Dave" episode where you actually learn something! First up, it's a hard-hitting expose of the 2004 Presidential election with pint-sized pundits. I think that was Bush vs. Kerry? Then it's a trip inside a Ladies' Card Club. Meet the Mom of one of the Daves, and find out why the ladies of Castle Road have been playing cards together for decades. And you'll also learn unusual trivia about the Thanksgiving holiday and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

COMING SOON!
It may sound redundant, but Beaver, Beaver County is the next stop for Dave & Dave on their "Small Town Daves" world (may not actually be world) tour. Think Mayberry with tons of bicycles, authentic Philly cheesesteaks, baked yummies from the legendary Kretchmar's, and something equally as yummy called a kolache... and that's just a taste of what this charming hamlet has to offer!
In the second installment of "Small Town Daves," Dave & Dave travel to a place that embraces the Allegheny River that runs through it, and it's called Kittanning, PA. This quaint town of mothman-movie-lore lies northeast of Pittsburgh in Armstrong County. Find out about the historic battle that gave this place a name, not to mention what's on the menu at the Allegheny Mariner. Get the skinny at the local barbershop and see why there's more to gobs than meets the eye. Kittanning or bust on the next "Small Town Daves!"
In the first installment of "Small Town Daves," Dave & Dave travel to the intergalactic-planetary, planetary-intergalactic of Mars, PA. This exotic locale is situated north of Pittsburgh, just over the Allegheny County line into Butler County. Find out what sort of intelligent life exists in Mars, how this small town has managed to hold its own amidst the expanding Cranberry and Seven Fields communities, and what's on the menu at Susie Q's. Mmm. Martian burgers!
